A lot of wedding dress retailers really pressure you into settling for a dress despite its flaws, and they often push for you to go over budget. Emerald wasn’t that way at all. No one was ever pushy and I truly appreciated how forthcoming they were regarding my taste as well as pricing. If I ever mentioned I didn’t love something in a dress, the staff was understanding and immediately moved to the next option. They were even honest about the price of a particular dress I’d requested to try on, letting me know ahead of time it was over budget. They gave me the option to try it on or forego it, which I really appreciated. This is what solidified my decision to choose this particular dress in the end; I knew if I still loved it more than the others despite the price tag, it was the one.”
